Adult Fitness Test

So, I was reading an article in a magazine and I came across this article. It talked about how the public schools do a fitness test (known as the President's Challenge). Well, it goes on explaining that adults can take the challenge. As adults, you can see how you add up against avg people for your age. I thought this was interesting, so I posted it.

I think I'm going to try this out.
